Our Kentucky® Maple Barrel Stout is a bold imperial stout brewed with highly roasted malts and brown sugar, then aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels that had previously held maple syrup for over a year. These barrels impart notes of sweet maple, vanilla, and caramel, which mingle beautifully with the roasted malt, cocoa, and brown sugar flavors from the beer itself.

This beer was also part of a sustainable barrel-upcycling initiative at Town Branch Distillery, where the barrel was used four times—first for bourbon, then maple syrup, then the Maple Stout, and finally to finish Maple Stout Finished Bourbon.
