This tour offers an in-depth look at our production floor, still room and visitor center campus. It begins in the brewery, where you’ll learn about the history and evolution of Lexington Brewing Co. and our beer-making process. The experience continues across the street at our Town Branch Distillery, 7ths Member of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail where guests explore how we produce our bourbon and whiskey. Families welcome: Children may join the tour (tastings are for guests 21+ only). Guests 21 and older receive four tasting tokens to redeem for samples in the brewery and/or distillery.

Taste our High-Malt Pot-Still Kentucky Bourbon, Traditional Column-Still Kentucky Bourbon, and our Wheated Column-Still Kentucky Bourbon in this hands-on, immersive tasting. You’ll also sample our current DISTILLERY ONLY Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon selection (limited quantities available). Then you’ll be guided by our knowledgeable staff to create a Signature Overproof Cocktail using the whiskeys freshly thieved from the barrels. Fill Your Own Bottle Of Bourbon! Your experience begins in our Visitor Center, where you’ll be welcomed by our knowledgeable staff. As our guest, you’ll enjoy up to two cocktails (limit one per guest), so feel free to bring a friend to help fill your bottle. While you’re there, we’ll engrave the back of your empty bottle with a custom short message of your choice—such as a dedication, thank-you note, signature, or even a company logo (just email us the file in advance). With cocktails in hand, you’ll take a brief tour of our distillery, including our production and still room. The experience culminates with you filling your own cask-strength Single Barrel Reserve bottle from one of our most exclusive barrel selections. To make it even more personal, you’ll fill in your own handwritten label and apply it to your bottle—leaving your mark on a truly one-of-a-kind bottle. Available to guests 21+ only.

Tour, Tasting & Cocktail! Begin this journey with tour of Town Branch Distillery and discover the rich history and craftsmanship behind each of our whiskeys. Along the way, you’ll learn about our distilling process and the care that goes into every bottle. Guests will receive two tasting tokens to sample from a variety of our spirits. After the tour, you’ll enjoy a cocktail-making demonstration and enjoy one of our hand-crafted cocktails prepared by our bar team. Our Overproof Old Fashioned is highly recommended and a staff favorite! Available to guests 21+ only.

A Guided Tasting With Seasonal Small Plate, Cocktails & Beer Pairings! Join Head Distiller & Blender Dave “Bob” Gaspar and Sommelier II Benjamin Robin for an immersive guided tasting that explores the world of mixology and food pairings. This six-course experience takes you on a journey through the art and science of pairing—designed to be fun, educational, and delicious. As you progress through each course, you’ll discover how sensory elements such as acid, fat, and salt influence both the paired beverage and the dish, and how thoughtful pairing elevates each component. Town Branch Distillery has partnered with Jane Thompson, Executive Chef of Dupree Catering to bring your this new collaborative experience. Each event will feature a unique, seasonally inspired menu highlighting fresh food and beverage ingredients. Duration: Approximately 2 hours. Space is limited.
