Kentucky Kölsch® was originally created as part of a limited local beer series by Lexington Brewing Co., celebrating our roots in Lexington, Kentucky. This top-fermented ale, a classic style from Cologne, Germany, is brewed with imported pale malts and malted white wheat, producing a bright, crisp beer with notes of apple, citrus and subtle hints of honey and biscuit. Its light body, smooth finish, and gentle malt sweetness made it a favorite at festivals while it was available.
