Ingredients:

  • Bluegrass Sundown Coffee Liqueur
  • Union Mezcal
  • Le Verger Terroir Liqueur
  • House-made bitters
  • House-made spiced demerara syrup
  • Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish

Preparation:

  • Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.  Garnish with the dehydrated lime.

BLUEGRASS SUNDOWN

Venue: Lexington, KY

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Bluegrass Sundown Coffee Liqueur
  • 4 oz. hot water
  • Heavy cream on top

Preparation:

  • Build in a coffee glass suing the back of a bar spoon to layer in the heavy cream on top. Enjoy!
