<p>· Spend at least 4 days a week in trade “on the street” selling our portfolio alongside wholesalers.</p>
<p>· Sell in and conduct training programs, events, tastings, and other activations with retailers, bar/restaurateurs, and consumers.</p>
<p>· Assist Leadership in communicating companies’ objectives, policies, and procedures with distributor partners.</p>
<p>· Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.</p>
<p>· Use data &amp; analytics to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.</p>
<p>· Ensure that the Lexington Brewing &amp; Distilling Co. quality standards are clearly understood and enforced by distributors and retailers.</p>

<p>· 3-5 years of beverage alcohol experience w/ distributor experience preferred</p>
<p>· Strong knowledge of spirits &amp; beer industry a must</p>
<p>· Existing in-territory relationships preferred</p>
<p>IMPORTANT SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p>
<p>· Demonstrated knowledge of the three-tier system</p>
<p>· Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholders</p>
<p>· Clear understanding of companies pricing and promotion book</p>
<p>· Ability to work independently with little supervision, self – motivated</p>
<p>· Spirits &amp; Beer certifications/accreditations a plus</p>
<p>· Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills</p>
<p>· Strong organizational &amp; planning skills</p>
<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>

<p>We are seeking a Key Account Manager. This position will be remote. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with large national, regional, and local chain accounts for setting account’ overall strategic direction</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES</p>
<p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>
<p>· Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell our Lexington Brewing and Distilling brands within chain accounts</p>
<p>· Utilize a proven track record of multi-state account management while developing account plans and budgets, prepare and present account reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally</p>
<p>· Build and cultivate effective relationships with chains relevant to the respective territory and cater to each account to improve market share and growth for all parties</p>
<p>· Conduct monthly meetings with buyers to sell-in new products, programs and promotional activities</p>
<p>· Review strategies to increase profitability and sales for products and buyers with IRI, sales data and program execution recaps.</p>
<p>· Work closely with wholesaler and local field sales personnel to align with LBC goals, increasing LBC brands visibility, and implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of pricing, distribution, and space initiatives.</p>
<p>· Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.</p>
<p>· Supports Company Principals and Vision.</p>
<p>· Works directly with and maintains constant communication with all relevant sales personnel and the assigned LBC Regional Sales Managers and their sales staff to promote the sale of company brands within the national, regional, and local chain accounts.</p>
<p>· Maintains consistent market visitation schedule between all assigned territories; work quarterly target account list and visitation schedule.</p>
<p>· Develops quarterly chain account target lists built from goals and objectives.</p>
<p>· Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunity from VIP software, IRI, Nielson or other company provided sales/CRM software.</p>
<p>· Manages wholesaler direction; develop and maintain positive relationships with chain accounts.</p>
<p>· Attains pre-determined sales and distribution goals.</p>
<p>· Performs administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets, evaluate discount programs, conduct price surveys).</p>
<p>· Assists in creating volume projections and marketing budgets; ensure compliance is maintained.</p>
<p>· Maintains professional image and demeanor at all times.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>

<li>Travel to offsite events, set up booths/tables and conduct tastings</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges</li>
<li>Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires</li>
<li>Clean shelves, counters, and tables in the visitor center and tasting rooms</li>
<li>Inventory stock counts and replenish stock as needed</li>
<li>Mop and sweep floors as needed.</li>
<li>Clean public bathrooms as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to regularly work weekends, night events and holidays (up to 28 hours per week)</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize well; outstanding organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others and be a team player</li>
<li>Flexibility, patience and open-mindedness are key</li>
<li>Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow employees and guests</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to pitch in and help wherever most needed</li>
<li>Must be prepared to travel, drive, and engage in physical activity</li>
<li>Must be familiar and comfortable with POS systems</li>
<li>Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift and move products, and use products as appropriate for demonstration</li>
