Pearse Lyons Distillery at St. James was born out of a personal passion for brewing and distilling, an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep-rooted family connection to The Liberties. St. James’ Church, in the center of Dublin’s historic whiskey district, was painstakingly restored to its former glory by the Lyons family, and now produces this award winning Irish Whiskey.
