With flavor as big as the cave itself, Mammoth White Ale is our take on a Belgium style wheat ale. Brewed with flaked wheat, coriander, and orange peel, this brew drinks light and refreshing. Unfiltered for an optimal depth of flavor, it boast of naturally cloudy appearance with a light golden hue. Slight hop notes come from Hallertau and Saaz added to the boil.
